Get an Anthropic API key

Buy credits in the Claude Console, create a key, and connect it to Noivq. You only do this once.

Takes about 5 minutes
You’ll end up with a key like

  1. Sign in to the Claude Console

    Go to platform.claude.com and sign in, or create an account. This is Anthropic’s developer console, separate from the Claude chat app.

  2. Buy credits

    The API needs credit before it works. Open Settings → Billing and press Buy credits. If you run out, requests stop until you add more.

    Some Claude Max and Team plans include monthly API credits, which you claim by linking your Console organization to the plan.

  3. Create a key

    Open API keys and press Create key. Give it a name, choose when it expires, and set Linked account to yourself.

  4. Copy it now

    The Console shows the full key only once. Copy it straight away. It starts with sk-ant-. If you lose it, create a new one.

  5. Paste it into Noivq

    Open Noivq’s Setup page (the gear button at the top of the side panel) and go to AI connection. Choose Anthropic Claude, paste the key, press Save, then Test connection.

    The key is stored only in your browser and sent only to Anthropic Claude. Noivq has no server that could see it.
